Ultrasound....

So Chris and I are trying to decide now, whether or not we should quit our day jobs and become ultrasound technicians.

The big day was today and I went back and forth all weekend with the Stows and Connelleys on whether or not we should find out the sex. Finally decided last minute, let's wait for the surprise.

So during the ultrasound Chris and I are both "looking." We both THINK we saw a penis. I saw a nubby on a quick profile scan down between the legs. Chris THINKS he saw testicles.

So the tech said she KNOWS what it is. She didn't say that with Emily. Maybe boys are more obvious? She obviously moved quickly and didn't get any views from underneath. I guess we'll just have to wait until July to know for sure.

So I gained a couple pounds and heart rate was high at 159. But during the ultrasound the rate was only 147. I think HE woke up afterwards and got lively. I've been feeling kicks since Friday. So cool. My blood pressure was right on again at 106/62. What fun!

So I guess I'm leaning toward boy. Guess we won't know for sure for 5 months or so! GEESH, this is painful anxiety!
