Behind the Scenes of Our Next Chevy Commercial

We just finished up filming a series of spots for the Chevy Traverse which will soon be airing on WCVB Channel 5. Hadn't shot one since last November, so we were due!  Boy did we work hard!  First, we transformed my kitchen into a set.

That camera crew really works.  Everything has to be just so, and there's a ton of *stuff* to lug!  And then they have to deal with the likes of me, who can sound like a blubbering idiot at times!

Action!
After we finished up at the house and in the Traverse, we were lucky enough to shoot some really cool footage at the Franklin Park Zoo.  The folks there were SO good to us.  Thank you to Carol, who drove us around so we wouldn't have to schlepp in the heat.  She treated my kids like royalty.  We had a super fun day and can't wait to go back and visit all of the animals next time.  Those budgies we got to feed in the Aussie Aviary Exhibit were the kids favorite!  I liked meeting Azul up close and personal.  What an amazing time we had filming at the zoo!
