A New Baby Is Not Enough....

Well, we came home with our new little bundle and continued to show the house. It was really fun getting ready for showings with a newborn and lack of sleep. When Aidan was 3 weeks old, we finally got an offer worth accepting (according to one member of the cheering squad.)

The same day, Daddy took the BAR exam in Boston. I was frantic, knowing we had nowhere to live if we moved out. I was pretty close to going off the deep end when we signed the papers and agreed to live with Mom until we found something. SCARY!

We moved out on September 12th, closed on Sept. 15th and found this beautiful foreclosure on Sept. 16th.

We made our best offer, waited to hear and got good news on Sept. 17th! We got the house! After an interesting inspection involving dewinterization, we are all set to close on October 30th!
Daddy should get his results on the Bar right after we move in!
