Can You See My Teeth?

I had so much fun tonight with my Mom. We were playing on the floor before my bath and we read some books and I practiced my pre-crawl 360 scooch. I was clapping my hands and blowing kisses. Then after the bath, my Mom put me in my flower power jammies and I was really happy.

Is That A Barrette In My Hair?

Mommy and I went for a walk last Sunday to show off the new barrette in my hair. I got lots of compliments on it. I also got to wear one of my favorite sweaters that my Grandma knit for me. I don't have any problem with barrettes, but I sure don't like wearing socks. I can pull off both socks about 10 times during a walk before the walker gives up and leaves me barefoot. It's kinda funny getting a rise out of everyone! I even pull off my friend Ava's socks! I finally got my top teeth too! 4 choppers that look super cute. I'm practicing my chewing at each meal, but I really don't like it when those adults give me the chunky stuff. I especially hate Turkey and Vegetable Dinner! ICK! I'm still not crawling, but I am making everyone laugh. I can pretend wash my hands now and I get a kick out of it. Whenever those adults use Purrell, I imitate them! I also love giving head butts to my mom and dad and attacking them with love bites. It's a fun game to play before bed.

Mommy's New Job

Mommy's new job in Medfield is going great! The commute is SO easy and I'm home with my girl by 3pm each day! I love the children I am working with and hope I can make a difference this year. I am meeting a lot of new teachers every day and everyone is very friendly and helpful. Nana is taking care of Emily on Mondays and Tuesdays and Emily has a new nanny for the other days of the week. She brings her 10 month old daughter with her to our house and she and Emily are becoming wonderful playmates. We are very lucky to have found such a terrific match. Here we are snuggling before bed...

Daddy Beat Me To It!!!

I was going to post some pics of our trip, but Daddy already did it! Well, let me pick some of my favorites!

We had such a great time. The best vacation we've ever had. Emily did great in all the new places and slept like a dream. She's still not crawling, but her top teeth are certainly making their way in!! 9 months old, where has the time gone? We love her more and more each day.
